Sean O'Neill

My name is Sean O’Neill, Staffing Manager with New Castle Building Products. I joined the New Castle family in April of 2021. As the Staffing Manager I collaborate with the Executive team and the Managers to prepare a staffing strategy for existing and future needs. What I enjoy most about working with New Castle is the Team atmosphere. It is exciting to be part of a company that values their employees, is caring and passionate about what they do every day! Having the ability to partner with Managers and become a valued resource in their business is humbling. On a personal note, I live in Upstate New York with my wife, and two children. I enjoy being a part of their sporting endeavors as a supportive parent and coach. If I am not at a rink or on a sports field I will be treating myself to a nice bike ride.

By joining New Castle, you are joining a family owned and operated company that is committed to personal and professional excellence through highly interactive relationships, teamwork and open communication.
