NC #12 All-Purpose Roof Cleaner is great for a vast number of applications! Removes soot, pollen, algae, light dirt, mildew. NC #12 can also be used on restaurant roofs at grease traps and surrounding areas where grease may be present. Our low viscosity, water-based cleaner breaks down surface inorganics to clean and increase adhesion of roof coatings to the substrate.
